[mapserver-dev] Allowing spaces in layer names (WMS/WFS)

Hi Taas,

the space is nt allowed in the layer name, instead the dot (as example yes).

The need to support an xml sintax is that the layer name are
retrivable from a GetCapabilities response that is an xml.
