[mapserver-dev] MapServer 7.0 release

I'm not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but the main archive 
(http://download.osgeo.org/mapserver/mapserver-7.0.0.tar.gz) is filled 
with "._" files, likely from packaging on a Mac.
