[mapserver-dev] Add some docker image links to binaries listed on mapserver.org?

Either that or links to apps built on MapServer. I'd lean towards the second
one.
I think we should have a service providers page and list MapServer service
providers and highlight those firms that employ MapServer developers. A
second page of MapServer based applications makes a lot of sense to me.
