[mapserver-dev] Reminder of PSC meeting today

Hi all,

Just an update on the tutorial updates started during the Paris 2016
codesprint. Myself and Lars met up in Bonn and got some notes together,
summarised at https://github.com/geographika/mapserver_docs/wiki

I have got a first live tutorial working, and went through it with a mix of
6 developers and GIS analysts. I've planned to do one session every 2
weeks, so will update each of the new tutorials then.

Once completed they will be ready to push to the main documentation site if
voted for in the RFC.
