Sure looks like a great start to me, thanks for taking it on! Do you want comments on the first session, RFC or both? --Steve

Hi all,
Just an update on the tutorial updates started during the Paris 2016 codesprint. Myself and Lars met up in Bonn and got some notes together, summarised at https://github.com/geographika/mapserver_docs/wiki
I have got a first live tutorial working, and went through it with a mix of 6 developers and GIS analysts. I've planned to do one session every 2 weeks, so will update each of the new tutorials then.
https://geographika.github.io/tutorial/index.html
https://geographika.github.io/tutorial/quickstart/single_layer.html
Once completed they will be ready to push to the main documentation site if voted for in the RFC.
The RFC is at: http://mapserver.org/development/rfc/ms-rfc-115.html
I'll be online during the PSC meeting if anyone has any questions.
Regards,
Seth
