All,

You are receiving this email because you are registered as implementer of
WFS 1.1 at the OGC portal.

We have updated the WFS 1.1.0 test and now the Basic conformance class
doesn’t requires any test data. We are aware that lots of servers still
exist with WFS 1.1.0 and this new test can facilitate getting the WFS 1.1
clients and server to easier interoperate or help discover interoperability
issues.

I’m planning to move the test into the OGC Technical Committee approval by
the end of September. I invite you to test your servers and provide any
feedback in the issue tracker of the test:
https://github.com/opengeospatial/ets-wfs11/issues

The test can be exercised at the OGC beta testing facility:
http://cite.opengeospatial.org/te2/

The detailed description of the test can be found at:
http://cite.opengeospatial.org/te2/about/wfs/1.1.0/site/

When OGC does the press release advertising the test and if your product is
passing the test, it will be mentioned, which is a good marketing
opportunity.

Let me know if you have any questions and thank you for your support!

Best Regards,

Luis Bermudez
