[mapserver-dev] Force GeoTools SLDTransformer to write out defaults (or force MapServer to recognise a default value when it doesn't see it)

Hi Ian,
I don't think SLDTransformer has any way to control that, but adding a
property so that
boolean isDefault(Expression expr, Object defaultValue) returns false
always should not be hard
