[mapserver-dev] 7.0.5 regression fixed

Hi,

I've just fixed https://github.com/mapserver/mapserver/issues/5445 
which is a confirmed regression of 7.0.4->7.0.5 regarding rendering of 
rasters which have non-square pixels. The report was about a source WMS 
layer (in cascaded WMS situation), but the issue is more general and could 
affect regular source file rasters.
Probably that a 7.0.6 might be a good idea.
