[mapserver-dev] mapcache/demo is not working over https

Hi all,

Trying to debug another issue, I just ran into a problem with 
mapcache/demo is not working over https because it is trying to load 
http://openlayers.org/api/OpenLayers.js which is causing:

Blocked loading mixed active content 
“http://www.openlayers.org/api/OpenLayers.js”

It looks like the www.openlayers.org server is redirecting to https but 
I think the problem is in the initial request.

Browser is latest firefox
server is ubuntu 18.04
mapcache is 1.6.1-1
