[mapserver-dev] next PSC meeting date: 2020-07-07

A couple updates regarding the recent PSC meeting:
  - PSC member list has been updated accordingly
  - regarding the project that I mentioned (but forgot the name) when we 
were discussing TinyOWS: flatgeobuf 
(https://github.com/bjornharrtell/flatgeobuf), which is actually 
included in GeoServer as a community module recently.  (it's supported 
in GDAL since version 3.1)
