[mapserver-dev] Reminder of upcoming 8.0 release plan dates

Hi all,

Please get your branch-7-6 changes done this month, as on April 30th 
we'll do a 7.6.3 release, as the feedback for this idea seems quite 
positive from users ('release early, release often').  Thanks again,
