[mapserver-dev] Reminder of upcoming 8.0 release plan dates

Hi All,

I'm having a time getting MapServer built on RHEL8 due to recent PostGIS
and GDAL packages in the pgdg repository using different versions of
Proj. The ones that are consistent all use Proj 8. I can find a PostGIS
that uses Proj7 but the GDAL package that meets the requirements uses Proj8.

My question is does this upcoming release 7.6.3 allow MapServer to be
built with Proj 8?  I believe that would solve my dilemma.

Regards,
*Worth Lutz*
