[mapserver-dev] next MapCache maintenance release

Hi Jérome,

I'm wondering what you think of planning for a MapCache release, aimed 
for around the MapServer 8.0 release (May 7th) ?

The last release, 1.10.0, was early last year, and there are some 
important bug fixes in the pipe:
