[mapserver-dev] Coverity Scan: 0 outstanding

Hi Seth: If there was an official/primary fork I could see 1) submitting
Even's fixes as a pull request and 2) keeping an eye on it for updates that
might improve things for MapServer. In absence of that I've kinda
considered it complete for project purposes. --Steve
