[mapserver-dev] MapServer Config File RFC

[Steve Lime]

It's been a month so it's time to call for a vote on this addition to the
8.0. The links to the RFC and pull request are below... Still time for
comments and code review but we need to get this feature added to main.
I'll start with a +1. --Steve
