[mapserver-dev] Questions about MapCache CI

Hi Jérome,

it might be worth looking at porting to github action workflows 
(examples at 
https://github.com/MapServer/MapServer/tree/main/.github/workflows), 
since Travis-CI is no longer super open source friendly. Targeting focal 
only or bionic+focal would be reasonable.
