[mapserver-dev] Questions about MapCache CI

While working on some MapCache issues I would like to fix, I am puzzled 
at auto tests that are run by Travis CI, in particular the distributions 
on which those tests are executed: precise, trusty and xenial. All three 
are phased out.

Before starting a clean-up I would like to know if there is a point in 
keeping that. I see that MapServer already switched to bionic. Should I 
consider focal as well?
