Hi all: Jeff converted my draft RFC to the more standard format a week ago
and I spaced letting folks know - thanks Jeff! Anyway, it's out there for
review at:

  https://mapserver.org/development/rfc/ms-rfc-135.html

Please take a look and let me know what you think. There is a pull request
at:

  https://github.com/MapServer/MapServer/pull/6303

and I encourage folks to try it. It really should make site configuration
easier across multiple types of deployments.
