[mapserver-dev] Motion: rename shp2img to map2img

I also thought of a transition period with a symlink or a duplicate (the 
file is not that big). Moreover a warning at shp2img's launch may be 
welcome (e.g. "shp2img is deprecated in favor of map2img and will be 
phased out in next versions").
