[mapserver-dev] Supporting runtime substitution for the MASK layer parameter

Hello! I maintain a large mapserver-based project that makes heavy use of
the 'mask' layer parameter. I'm wondering if it's possible or desired to
enable this parameter for runtime substitution? If so, I'd be interested in
working on this feature, and would welcome any guidance.
