[MapServer-dev] MINSIZE/MAXSIZE in documentation

Hi Tamas,

This wasn't removed as part of RFC 133 but I did mark it as unknown if it was used: https://mapserver.org/development/rfc/ms-rfc-133.html#style

I think the versionremoved tags added in https://github.com/MapServer/MapServer-documentation/pull/725/files#diff-7b9527374dad999d5782a7b81c957951ac3ff9e7a2332ef4737382e3ed291059 can be removed as MINSIZE and MAXSIZE are still used in the codebase.
