Hi all,

While adding the RFC I noticed it wasn't initially deployed to the main site. There were a couple of GitHubActions changes that had not been back ported to the branch-8-0. These have now been fixed, and any pull requests merged to branch-8-0 will again be deployed automatically to https://mapserver.org/
