[MapServer-dev] Motion: Submit OSGeo Budget Request for 2025

Regarding mailing list archives, that was a tough one and I worked on
that several days, in the end it was a permissions issue for the mailman
folder, and I was successful to get the archives working again (for
January).
Just another glimpse at all of the hard work behind the scenes (where
the funding never comes).
