[MapServer-dev] Motion: Submit OSGeo Budget Request for 2025

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for getting the archives working again. It looks like the SAC team have requested budget to update to mailman3 which might help? Other lists have also been moving to https://discourse.osgeo.org/ but I guess that is a discussion for another thread.
Do you have any idea what the mapserver-dev and mapserver-user list numbers like? Have they been going up or down for the last few years?
