[MapServer-dev] Mailing List Issues

Hi all,

I stopped receiving email from the gdal-dev mailing list on December 5th last year. I also missed several mapserver-users posts for around a week at the same time (although this restarted). 

It appears some subscribers were blocked without warning / notice and had to be manually unblocked - see https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/3506#ticket

I'm wondering if the same has happened to anyone on the mapserver-users and mapserver-dev (not that they'll get this email if they have..)? I'm not sure who has admin access to check. I'll also request access from OSGeo SAC so I can check myself.
