Street labels

Yup, 3.3 supports this although the quality of
the labeling is highly dependent on the quality
of the roads data. Surious nodes, unneed vertices and so on can have a dramatic impact on how segements are labeled. I added several control features just for labeling lines.

Someone last week posted a message about street labels. I too would like
(actually NEED is the word) the ability to display labels parallel to a line.
Can this be done?
