simple "shopping cart" based on mapserver

It's very doable. Just a bit of javascript. You need to control where the
results are processed, probably a hidden frame and that's where you'd
add members to the cart list. Could also add to a cookie, lot's of options.
There been some discussion on the list about changing frame targets
so please check those messages.

Hi,

I am new to mapserver. I have installed the basic setup, and tried the
core functionality.

I would appreciate some feeback from the list on the possibility of
developing via mapserver 
a sort of "basic shopping cart" function, i.e. selecting a feature from
my map and adding the corresponding ID to a list which is displayed in
another frame.
