submission of utilities

We are now accepting utilities that are of general interest to MapServer 
application developers for publishing in our "Utility Archive" available through 
the MapServer Support page <http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/support.html>. The 
listserv will not forward messages larger than 40k so this is the only way to 
get large contributions out to the list. We will notify the list as submissions 
are made.
