Just to 'add a tad' for Corel users.  If you are doing any touch-ups to
a tiff in photopaint, ensure you create a '8-bit paletted' image not a
'8-bit grayscale' otherwise the image will not be displayed correctly in
MapServer.  Seems somewhat backwards, but it works.
