Availibility on NT

I run MapServer on Linux, but I have been running AT Scheduler (from the
NT Resource Kit) on our NT server with no problems (IE 5 installed). 
The Resource Kit is well worth the investment; indeed, there are many
useful utilities included.  Check here for more info.
