ms_demo on NT

Hi anyone,

I using Win NT 4.0 and Apache 1.3.14 to test the Mapserver.
But it can't work. I already change the text follow the Installation 
Instructions. Have anyone can give me the file (demo.html,
demo_init & demo.map)? I just want to test my map server.
