[mapserver-users] reference map PHP/Mapscript

MapServer/Mapscript 3.5  Night build   PHP4.0.5



OK, The documentation says I have to use a GIF file for the reference map, but I only get the little red X. I switched back to jpg, and my ref map comes up, but I dont get a box for my current extent.  Has anyone got the refrence map working without using GIF? Sample code?
