[mapserver-users] Need TAB files for testing

Ooopps... there was a problem with the WIDTH and HEIGHT parameters of
the IMG tag in the HTML template.  Netscape (which we used for testing)
didn't complain, but IE was ignoring the malformed IMG tag and that's
why you didn't see the map.

It's fixed now.
