my images are now backwards

After switching to the new version of MapServer, and moving some
components around in my html template, my geotiff images now display
backwards.  I am using
<input type="hidden" name="imgext" value="[mapext]">
and <input="hidden" name="imgxy" value="249.5 249.5">
The image displays reversed (actually diagonally flipped about x=-1),
but my shapefiles display correctly.  There is a world file with the
tif, and it all worked fine before...please advise
