[mapserver-users] compilation problems

Hi all,

After several attempt to compile Mapscript/Perl on Win98 machine, I decided
to do it on Cygwin 1.3.2.

Compilation is fine except that I have a regex error when running :
$ ./shp2img -m test.map -o test.gif
msLoadMap(): Regular expression error. (\.map$)

The problem is in the call of : regcomp( &re, MS_MAPFILE_EXPR,
REG_EXTENDED¦REG_NOSUB)

Did anyone made mapscript/perl running on WinXX or on Cygwin ??
