[mapserver-users] Dashed Polylines?

I have a nagging map file question:

If a Layer type is POLYLINE, can the outlines drawn be dashed, or is this only possible if Layer type is LINE? For example I would love to draw the following layer with dashed lines around the counties:

LAYER
  NAME county
  GROUP county
  TYPE POLYLINE
  DATA "e:\gis\county"
  STATUS OFF
  LABELITEM 'name'
 CLASS # counties
    COLOR 220 220 220
    LABEL
      COLOR 220 220 220
      SIZE tiny
    END
 END
END

I'm using Mapserver 3.3.011 w/ Mapplet, WinNT, Apache.
