[mapserver-users] Win 32 v3.5 Nightly - Proj4 Support

Andrew, 

Frank is right. The correct place to put the epsg file is 
C:\PROJ\NAD.  I've recompiled the distributions and will have it available
this afternoon (as soon as I get to school).
