[mapserver-users] Installation

Dear Users,

According to Mapserver site recommendations to test
software I type the following URL in my browser:
"http://alioskue/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe"
and I get the following message:
"No query infomation to decode.QUERY_STRING no set."
Now I like to know does my mapserver work completely
or not?
Please somebody tell me his/her idea?
