[mapserver-users] MS3.5 for Win2K with Postgis

My mistake.  I accidentally deleted the WMS line in the Makefile.  I've
updated the package so please download again.  It's at
http://128.101.73.155/projects/ms35_gdal_ogr_pg.zip.
