The itasca demo gives you an example of using query files. have a look
in the demo_footer.html. The second image demonstrates the use of a
query file. Note that the build of the file name 
(queryfile=[map_web_imagepath]DEMO[id].qy) can be shortend by 
queryfile=[queryfile]
