I have implemented mapserver on 2000 with IIS.  It works
fine. I have installed Apache 1.3 on another computer for
testing.  Now it can not find the map file.  It gives me
the old "msLoadMap(): Unable to access file.".  Does anyone
know how apache treats its relative paths?
