The docs say the  ms36gif_wms.zip  file outputs  'gif' and 'png' , but 
"mapserv -v"  indicates it outputs png only!  I couldn't get the demo running with this version, so i tried the ms36gif_gdal_pg_wms.zip and mapserv -v indicates gif & png are outputs and the demo runs properly.

Could someone please fix the 'gif' support in ms36gif_wms.zip. Thanks
