[mapserver-users] Chekc vs select

Thanks, Antti. I see what you say now. It is the parameter for the HTML,
not the mapserv. I just changed the select/check and saw how it affected
the program. In the multiple select, I could see the selected item is
hightlighed.

It depends on the HTML widget you are using to
indicate that a layer should be displayed.

In the HTML specification, an item in a <SELECT> gadget is "selected"
while an item in a checkbox gadget is "checked". Naturally, Mapserver
needs to obey the HTML specification.

What is the different between layername_check and layername_select ? My
example may be very simple and I can not find the difference between
these two.
