[mapserver-users] Arc/INFO export format files

This site provides a script which:
"Allows batch conversion of Arc/INFO e00 files from
ArcView Using the Import71 Utility included in ArcView"

This may do the job, but requires tools not in my toolbox. We do not
license ArcView and would not consider it as an option in general. My
project requirements are strict in having unencumbered technology with
complete source. Being able to produce it once will not satisfy this
dispite its basic appeal. If I have misunderstood the license
agreements for ArcView I appologize to its owners.
