[mapserver-users] build error with GDALGetRasterYSize in php_mapscript.so

In the process of trying to build mapserver 3.6 with PHP 4.2.0 I have
ended up including several different components in the build. When
running make after this configuration:

./configure --with-php=/data4/userdata/rob/php-4.2.0
--with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs
--with-tiff=/data4/userdata/rob/v3.5/tiff-v3.5.7/libtiff
--with-gd=/data4/userdata/rob/v3.5/gd-1.8.4
--with-jpeg=/data4/userdata/rob/v3.5/jpeg-6b
--with-postgis=/usr/local/pgsql/bin/pg_config
--with-gdal=/data4/userdata/rob/gdal-1.1.6/apps/gdal-config
--with-ogr=/data4/userdata/rob/gdal-1.1.6/ogr --with-proj=/usr/local
--with-epp

I get this error in the GDALGetRasterYSize component of the build:
