[mapserver-users] msOpenSHPFile(): Unable to access file.

Hello,
 
I have installed MapServer 3.6.3 on Linux. Now I'm not able to create a
map
with a single layer. My mapfile looks like that:
 
NAME test_frauke
SIZE 400 300
EXTENT -12548000 5083000 -6575000 2348000
SHAPEPATH "/usr/local/httpd/htdocs/frauke/daten/"

  LAYER 
    NAME Staten
    DATA states
    STATUS DEFAULT
    TYPE POLYGON

    CLASS
      COLOR 255 255 128
      OUTLINECOLOR 0 0 0
    END 
  END 
END 
 
The effect is: msOpenSHPFile(): Unable to access file. (states)
