[mapserver-users] vmap0 to shape file

Anyone know about errors with VMAP0, North America, Inland Water Tile 3,
13, 11...

It seems the NIMA MUSE extractor gets confused on these...  from what I
see it looks like the "islands" confuse it.  (A polygon with a hole in
the middle...
