[mapserver-users] Installation Problem

Try putting it in the same directory as libphp.dll (or is it php.dll?).
This is usually in Apache 1.3's "libexec" directory.  If it still doesn't
work, put it in your system directory.  I have to run now but if I recall
correctly there's a documentation for compiling and installing
php/mapscript somewhere in the MapServer web site (or maybe DM
Solutions').
