Hello,
to provide scalable labels you can use the keywords SIZE, MINSIZE and
MAXSIZE in the LABEL-section.
You also have to specify SYMBOLSCALE in the related layer. SYMBOLSCALE
defines the scale at which the label is displayed with the size defined by
SIZE in the LABEL-section. Zooming in/out the labels resize between the
values of MINSIZE and MAXSIZE.

Is there any way to resize label based on the display size (zoom-in/out)
instead of a fixed size?
