Jim,

I am unaware of any existing method of using MrSID directly with MapServer;
however, Andrey Kiselev and I will be implementing MrSID support in GDAL
(used by MapServer) over the coming four weeks.  To use it you would still
need to license a MrSID SDK from Lizardtech.
